We are now accepting participants for the PalaygoTour in January/March 2025!
Features of PalaygoTour
Establishing a cooperative framework
The schools visited by PalaygoTour are participating schools of PalaygoSchool, and there is a solid cooperative system. The host families are the families of students who are taking Japanese language classes at the school, so they have a high interest in Japan, and they provide a warm welcome and an environment where you can communicate easily that you cannot get with ordinary host families .
In addition, our unique security features create an environment where elementary and junior high school students can participate with peace of mind.
Schedule * The content may be subject to change due to coordination with local parties.
Your homestay will be with a pro-Japanese Australian family who have elementary school children studying Japanese. They will attend the same local school as the elementary school children in your host family, so you can rest assured that they will help you communicate. The children in the family are very interested in Japan.
Through lessons and activities at local schools, students can immerse themselves in the real world of English and experience the necessity of English. They can also understand the existence and significance of different cultures in an environment different from their own, which will have a great impact on their future choices.
Before and after the tour, you can continue to communicate online through Palaygo, allowing you to sustain and develop the friendships you forged during the tour. Using our unique Palette technology, you can easily create sentences and communicate regardless of your English ability.

School in Australia is so much fun. I would like to go to the host school again. The most fun part was giving carrots, apples, grass, etc. to the horses. (4th year girl) I liked gymnastics, animals, and cooking, so it was a perfect match for me, and I felt very comfortable living with Lauren, the youngest, because she hated the same kind of food. (5th year girl) In just 9 days, my outlook on life changed. I thought I would be nervous staying at a stranger's house, but everyone was kind and happy. I want to go again. (6th year boy) I want to go again.

It felt good to see everyone at school getting along and having fun. I enjoyed playing football and basketball with everyone at school more than anything. I definitely want to go to Australia again. (1st year junior high school boy)

Thank you very much for the 10 days. I had a lot of fun in Melbourne and I will never forget it. I definitely want to come back to Melbourne again. (Second-year junior high school girl)

I went to the school and watched the lessons. I was surprised to see students eating fruit while taking classes! There were many things that were completely different from Japan, and I felt that I had really become a part of Japan. (5th grade girl)

Thank you so much to my host family. I was frustrated that I could not communicate in English, but I want to study English harder and go back to Australia. This homestay was a very big and important event for me. (1st year junior high school girl)

The Australian school was so much fun that I wanted to stay there forever. Thank you so much. I am glad that I have learned the importance of thinking and acting on my own during these 9 days. (6th grade boy)
